Founder & Vision

Bridging the opportunity gap through lived experience, military discipline, and aerospace precision.

Long before the military or aerospace engineering, my foundation was built in The Bronx as the son of immigrant parents. Growing up in that environment, opportunity wasn’t something that was handed to you-it was something you fought to see. Like many kids around me, I was an at-risk youth navigating streets where gangs and drug dealing felt like the only visible pathway to respect and survival. I came dangerously close to that world, but through a combination of luck, timing, and pivotal choices, I took a different turn.

That turning point led me to the U.S. Marine Corps and eventually into space systems engineering, a journey defined by relentless accountability, precision, and an unshakeable belief that environment does not have to dictate destiny.

Having operated in high-stakes defense and engineering rooms where strategy makes all the difference, one truth became glaringly clear: raw talent in communities like the one I came from is abundant, but access, executive presence, and systemic guidance are not.

I founded The LaunchPad Initiative because I know firsthand what it feels like to be on the other side of that divide. We mentor students not as passive observers, but as future decision-makers. By combining structured life mapping, professional etiquette, tailored portfolios, and boardroom pitch capstones, we ensure ambitious youth don’t just survive their circumstances, they step into higher education and corporate spaces fully equipped to command respect and lead from the front.

Real leadership isn’t given; it’s forged. We are here to provide the platform, the discipline, and the blueprint.
